This exhibition explored the marketisation of war. Sadly, increasingly present in our everyday lives, while it remains physically distant (for now). For my artwork, 'Warmart,' I reimagined the global arms trade as a cheerful supermarket flyer, advertising weapons with a 'Kill 1 Get 1 Free' offer. A rifle sits on a bright yellow background, using the visual language of retail advertising to parody how commercial design can normalise profit-driven destruction. The composition is minimal and simple; I focused on an immediate and clear message: war is being bought and sold like a product.
